No Baghdad Trip

Andrew was scheduled to go to Baghdad, but he has some problems with his wrist, so he can not go until after he has an operation. He was looking forward to going? I guess that it is a Marine thing. He was going to be living with and training the Iraq soldiers.
Anyway, he was home for a short while and did manage to do a little dance.

I know what you been through, my hubby is in the military also, but he loves to serve his country and fellow Americans… go… go.. go! Have a blessed day and Remember Jesus loves you and He is taking care of you.

Hello,
I have been away for quite a long time. I truly needed a rest. when I took my break back in February I had 656 posts and that was in under a year’s time.
But, that is beside the point. I am so glad that Andrew is not headed back!! I also wanted to let you know that Bill my SIL…..finally arrived home this week. And, as they are moving to Georgia for my daughter’s new job it looks as we we might also get lucky as well.
If he were to remain in Texas. They were going to transfer him back to his old unit which is due for deployment in a month.
We are some of the very fortunate families…yours and mine. God has blessed us indeed!!
